Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments made on GetSetCollab (operated by GetSet Ventures) are handled. By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. No Refunds

All payments made on the GetSetCollab platform are final and non-refundable. Because our services connect brands and creators, and payments fund creator work and platform services, we do not offer refunds or returns once a payment has been made or a transaction has been completed.

3. Exception — Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

The only exception to the above is a genuine technical or payment error. If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, or a technical error results in an incorrect amount being charged, we will verify the issue and reverse the erroneous amount to your original payment method. To request a review, email hello@getsetcollab.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference or transaction ID.

4. Cancellation of Recurring Payments

If you have an active subscription or recurring payment, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@getsetcollab.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current or past billing periods. You will retain access to any paid features until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Processing of Approved Reversals

Where a reversal is approved under Section 3, it will be processed to your original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically completed within 5–10 business days.
