Terms of Service

1. Introduction

GetSetCollab ("GetSetCollab", "we", "us", "our") is a creator marketplace operated by GetSet Ventures, Velekkatt House, Edamuttam, Thrissur, Kerala, 680568, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at getsetcollab.com and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to transact on the Platform. The Platform is not intended for and is not offered to children under the age of 13. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Our Service

GetSetCollab connects brands with content creators. Brands can discover creators and fund payments upfront; creators can set their prices, accept work, and receive payouts when their work is approved. We provide the technology that facilitates these connections and payments. We are not a party to the agreements between brands and creators, and we do not guarantee the conduct, performance, or quality of any user.

4. Accounts & Registration

  • You may register using your email address or a supported social login (for example, Google).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately at hello@getsetcollab.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: violate any law or third-party right; post false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content; circumvent payments or fees; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; harass, defraud, or harm others; or upload malware or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of the content they create, subject to any license granted to a brand under their collaboration.
  • You grant GetSetCollab a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use content as necessary to operate and promote the Platform.
  • The GetSetCollab name, logo, and Platform are our intellectual property and may not be used without our permission.

7. Payments & Fees

Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways, whose terms also apply to your transactions. The Platform supports one-time and recurring payments. For recurring payments or subscriptions, you authorize us and our payment partner to charge the applicable amount on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Any service fee we charge will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services (for example, Google login, Google Maps, analytics, and payment gateways). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any collaboration will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSetCollab and GetSet Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetSetCollab, GetSet Ventures, and its officers and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thrissur, Kerala, India.
